Project scope
Each engagement starts with a written brief covering deliverables, timeline, and price. The brief is the source of truth. Anything outside it is treated as an additional scope and quoted separately.
Payment terms
- Press Kit Site (Tier 1): 100% upfront on brief acceptance.
- Artist Site (Tier 2) and Venue / Label Site (Tier 3): 50% on brief acceptance, 50% on launch.
- Invoices are settled in USD via international bank transfer or Stripe link. Promotional pricing (e.g. Summer Launch) requires the deposit during the promo window.
Revisions
Every tier includes unlimited revisions during build. Once the site is live, post-launch changes are billed hourly or via a maintenance retainer.
Intellectual property
On final payment:
- The client owns the final code, copy, and assets we deliver for the site.
- Mainstage Agency retains ownership of reusable patterns, components, and tooling we develop in the course of the project, and the right to feature the work in our portfolio.
Cancellation
Either party can cancel in writing. Work delivered up to the cancellation date is invoiced; deposits are non-refundable beyond the brief stage. We’ll hand off everything completed in production-ready form.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside their reasonable control (natural disaster, infrastructure outage, war, legal change, illness). Affected timelines are extended by the duration of the event; no penalty applies.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is capped at the total amount paid for that engagement. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost bookings, brand damage).
Dispute resolution
We’ll always try to resolve issues directly. If a dispute cannot be settled, it will be governed by the laws of Thailand and resolved in the competent courts of Bangkok, unless both parties agree in writing to mediation or a different forum.
